As the coronavirus has a profound impact on the Social Impact community, Bill will discuss the tools and philosophies necessary to find “certainty” when there is no clarity. While nobody can credibly claim to know how to navigate through a once in a century global pandemic, there are many examples in which leaders and innovators turned times of crisis and uncertainty into opportunities for true transformation.
