Meet face-to face during the FIA Conference at Rydges Hobart, on Friday 26 February 2021.

You will have the opportunity to network with your peers, take part in a live workshop and watch insightful plenary sessions, as well as celebrate the FIA Awards for Excellence together (in a COVID-safe way) with your colleagues.   



WHO CAN ATTEND?

Conference Day
Delegates who have pre-selected they are attending the Hobart State Hub during the registration process and selected one of the following registration types will have access to the Conference Day component at the Hobart State Hub. Conference Only, Conference & Awards Package registration or a Healthcare Day + Conference & Awards registration.

Conference Day + Awards
Delegates who have pre-selected they are attending the Hobart State Hub including the Awards Ceremony during the registration process and selected one of the following registration types will have access to the
Conference Day & Awards Ceremony component at the Hobart State Hub. Conference & Awards Package registration or a Healthcare Day + Conference & Awards registration.

Awards Ceremony Only (HUB TICKETS ARE SOLD OUT)
Delegates who have pre-selected they are attending the Awards Ceremony only during the registration process will be allowed access from 6.00pm to attend the presentation ceremony. Please note, tickets are still available for the virtual ceremony. 

During the registration process you will be prompted to have selected if you are attending the conference only, awards only or both the conference and awards. This must be pre-selected during the registration process and delegates must have a confirmation to ensure access on the day.

Timings


The below timings are an outline of the FIA Conference Hobart State Hub program including both the Conference Day portion and Awards Ceremony.

Conference Day

12.00pm - 1.00pm
Guest Arrival with a light lunch served.

1.00pm - 1.45pm
Plenary Session presented by Roger Lawson and Richard Spencer.

2.00pm - 3.30pm
Workshop Session. How can we, as a sector, shift the public assessment of charity effectiveness from one of minimising costs to one of maximising impact?

4.00pm - 5.00pm
Closing Plenary Session presented by Turia Pitt.

5.00pm - 6.00pm
Networking for those delegates staying on to watch the FIA Awards for Excellence presentation.

Awards Ceremony Only (HUB TICKETS ARE SOLD OUT)

Delegates who have pre-selected they are attending the Awards Ceremony only during the registration process will be allowed access from 6.00pm to attend the presentation ceremony. Please note, tickets are still available for the virtual ceremony.

COVID - SAFE Information
FIA is working with the venue to ensure all measures are taken to keep delegates safe.


IMPORTANT
We ask that if you are unwell before or on the day of the event, or you are showing symptoms, you should stay home and not attend the event and seek medical advice immediately. If you are from a high-risk area, traveled overseas or you have been in contact with anyone who has traveled overseas in the 14 days prior to the event we ask that you also stay home and not attend the event.
